about
'An Ode' was written and performed by Reuben Hudson for the New Zealand web-series 'Nothing Much To Do', which can be found on YouTube. The original video can be found here:
It seems it’s about time
That these words were spoken
With all these people
Saying that they’re hoping
For this all round great guy
To have someone by his side
Well that picture would look alright
Cause he’s Pedro, he's anybody’s type
From what you’ve told me
He seems like he could be
The one for you
I don’t think I’m the only one who feels this way
About the both of you
Would he look good next to you
Would his hand fit in yours
I bet it would
Better than any other guys ever could
This is an ode to Pedro
I reckon he’ll find someone
And I’ve got no idea who it’ll be
Out of everyone
Known him this long
Never seen him do no wrong
There’s one thing I’ve found
We all seem to find
That there’s just not enough Pedro
To go around
Would he look good next to you
Would his hand fit in yours
I bet it would
Better than any other guys ever could
This is an ode to Pedro

I feel as though I can identify with all of these songs. Your voice is so unique it often tells more than the words you sing. I honestly couldn't pick a favourite track they are all so developed and absolutely astounding, but I chose Keep It Up because I have one of the lines on my cork board, "And it doesn't matter if either of us were sad, cause sadness doesn't exist in our world that I wish we had." It's just very raw and beautiful. Keep up the great work. :) Sarah Jensen
They may be named for a “Twin Peaks” villain, but there’s nothing menacing about Wyndham Earl’s rich and stirring psych soundscapes. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 15, 2020
